Hemminger Homes is located approximately five miles southwest of Somerset Pennsylvania. 

From the North follow Route 985, 281 or 219 South to Somerset. Turn right onto Main Street/Route 31 West in Somerset. From Somerset follow Route 31 West approximately four miles until you pass Super City Sport Sales on your left. Turn left about 2/10's of a mile later onto Samuel's Road. From Samuel's Road go about 1/2 mile and turn right onto Sugar Maple Road. Follow it about 3/4 of a mile then turn left onto Baer Lane. The office complex is on your right side as you come up the grade. 

From the East follow Route 31 West to Somerset then follow the same directions from Somerset as above.

 From the South follow Route 219 North to Somerset. Turn Left onto Route 31 West and follow above directions from Somerset. 

From the South follow Route 281 North and turn left onto Samuel's Road approximately 2 miles South of Somerset. Go about 1/4 mile and turn left onto Baer Lane. Go 1 mile to complex on your left. 

From the West follow Route 31 East towards Somerset. Turn right onto Samuels Road about 2 miles before Somerset onto Samuel's Road. Go about 1/2 mile turn right onto Sugar Maple Road. Follow it 3/4 of a mile turn left onto Baer Lane complex will be on your right.
